Network Service Center Operations Assistant
職位描述： 
  Job Duties:
To provide the requested report with good quality within stipulated time frame;
To process requests in accordance with policies and procedures and enable to identify and escalate common fraud/errors/irregular transactions;
To acquire updated knowledge on procedures related to relevant processes;
To take both job rotation and classroom training to expand relevant job knowledge and be familiar with regulations of both HBCN and the local regulators;
To keep open and close communications with peers, supervisors, internal and external customers.

Job Requirements:
University Graduate
Good command of English and PC skill;
Self disciplined, motivated and well-organized;
Careful, patient and good communication skill;
Be able to work under pressure and flexible to work shift;
