We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Call Center Agent CMB HBCN.

In this role, you will:

• To deliver and maintain a high standard of telephone banking service to customers, understand their financial needs and provide suitable solutions
• To build a good customer relationship, take every opportunity to generate income for our business through effective cross-selling
• To explore new business opportunity through cold calls
• To handle customer feedback

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

• University graduate (recognized by the state)
• Good communication skills with a pleasant sounding voice
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
• Logical thinking and good presentation skills
• Basic PC knowledge
