Internship - Fullerton Financial Holdings China Operation

1.Assistant to SME Business

Responsibilities:
- Draw flowchart and write up SOP
- Document translations (ENG-CHI, CHI-ENG)
- Credit research
Requirements:
- Master degree with business/financial background
- Detail oriented, proficient analytical skill
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Internship experience in local/multinational company
- Smart and hard working
- Able to work 4-5 days a week, 6 months

2. Assistant to SEMM
Responsibilities:
-Support product development work, including:
Analyze data in SPSS/ SARS/EXCEL format；
Conduct literature research for product design purpose；
Support in product calculation tools；
- Assist in training programs, including:
Collect Information & Translation (ENG-CHI, CHI-ENG)；
Prepare training materials and documentations；
Support training logistics；
- Other marketing work support & team support

Requirements:
- Master degree with business/financial background
- Detail oriented, proficient analytical skill
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Internship experience in local/multinational company
- Smart and hard working
- Able to work 4-5 days a week, 6 months



3. IT Assistant
Responsibilities:
- General administration, e.g., coordination with vendors, writing meeting minutes, etc.;
- Project management tasks, e.g., monitoring of activities, scheduling
- Business analysis, e.g., collection of user requirements, creates test cases, conduct system testing
- Programming, e.g., do system development/programming based on user requirements (simple project)

Requirements:
- Major in computer science or engineering
- Having intern experience in multinational company
- Smart and hard working
- Excellent at English both writing and speaking
- Able to work 3-5 days a week, 6 months
