 工作內容：

1.Support to manage, initiate and implement employee relationship activities

2.Assist to develop effective communication channels with the objective of assessing morale and understanding the needs of employee.

3.Arrange HR Manager to attend Labor Union meetings.

4.Monitor the HR process to ensure compliance with both corporate policies and local regulations.

5.Support HR Manager to process employee grievances in compliance with the grievance procedure.

       6.Handle special projects as need

       7. Labor policy translation

8. Resolve potential labor disputes

 要求：

1.University degree with minimum 2 years relevant work experience, familiar with labor laws and regulations

2.Good communication skills;

3.Familiar with MS Office;

4.English Fluently

5.Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure;

6.Cooperative and independent.
