Job Position: Implementation Officer Intern
Job Purpose: To implement our Internet Banking Platform (IDEAL) for our corporate customers and provide field support to for ongoing maintenance

Job Duties & Responsibilies:
1. To complete the installation of IDEAL for our corporate customers
2. To provide on-site training on IDEAL
3. To provide consultation services to link up our IDEAL with the customer's accounting system
4. To provide after-sales field support for ongoing maintenance

Candidate Qualifications:
1. Master Degree/Bachelor Degree education level, preferable majored in Computer Science/Information Technology/Business Management/Finance.
2. Basic command of English, strong ability to read/write/speak Chinese.
3. Good coaching skills and good team player.
4. Basic IT knowledge with strong analytical & problem-solving capabilities, IT support background preferred.
5. Basic banking knowledge & experience.
6. Systematic, objective and process driven approach to business. Positive Attitude.
7. Can commit three to four working days a week, above 6 months.

This position may require frequent customer visits, within Shanghai or to Suzhou/Hangzhou, etc. Traveling expense will be reimbursed and your compensation will be based on workload and customer feedback.
