Credit Operations Assistant – CMB Security(針對2010年畢業(yè)...職位描述： 
  Job Duties:

-To analysis information relating to granted facilities in CARM and record it for further reference;
-To maintain a proper monitoring system for timely receipt of security items stipulated in facility letters and is responsible for tracing all outstanding security with regular reporting to superior;
-To check the contents of the security documents to ensure that they are acceptable and in order and that any formalities to convey a good title to the Bank are complied;
-To input security records to HUB system and perform necessary maintenance and ensure that the data captured are correct and updated;
-To monitor timely receipt and spreading of updated financials from customers to keep track of their current financial status and monitor customers adherence to the facility covenants;
-To handle miscellaneous transactions including:
-Set and revise facility limit in HUB
-Prepare various returns on security
-Check security items upon facility reviews
-Keep abreast of all local rules and regulations, credit guidelines etc and make sure that the operations are complied with internal and external requirements.
-Others(Monitoring FOL Issuing /Cancellation Security File/Stamp Duty/Facility Due/Overdue Report)
-To handle enquiry from customers and project team on issues relating to security.

Job requirements:

-University or college graduate;
-Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin;
-Master PC skills, especially familiar with Microsoft office software;
-Well-organized, detail-oriented, responsible, reliable, committed and timeline conscious;
-Strictly adhere to procedure guidelines and regulatory requirements;
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
