職位描述： Job Duties:

?- Transferring call-in phones to the targeted persons;
?- Arranging and related bookings for internal and external meetings/ entertainment;
?- Receiving visitors in a proper manner;
?- Assisting in filing & correspondence, both internal and external, including mail, fax, etc.;
?- Word processing for Admin department when needed;
?- Other tasks upon request

Job Requirements:

?- Current student in College / University for Diploma/Bachelor degree;
?- Being able to work 4-5 days per week(during Mon-Fri) until Mar 2010;
?- Good command of spoken and written English;
?- Good communication skills;
?- Proactive and Independent work style;
?- Pleasant and courteous manners;
?- nternship experience of being a receptionist will be a plus
