職位描述： Job duties:
- To handle outbound referrals via Global Links or emails
- To check the completeness of all account opening documentations and follow-up with HSBC China Headquarter (HBCN) branches on any missing or incorrect information
- To monitor the progress of all outbound referrals and chase HBCN branches or overseas International Banking Centers (IBCs) for outstanding cases
- To monitor the referral quality from HBCN branches
- To maintain good quality cross border MI
- To collect feedback from branches and overseas IBCs to improve cross-border service
- To handle cross-border enquiries via phone or internet
- To support IBC Manager on relevant HIPB projects

Job requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Fluent English (in both written & speaking) and Mandarin
- Broad knowledge on Personal Financial Services (PFS) operations and products
- Relevant experience in PFS sales and service related job
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good organization skill
- Strong sense of responsibility
