Attached is the JD for BB/ PB position.
Job Duties:
- Support the communication to clients for account termination
- Consolidate clients' feedbacks on daily basis
- Assist client for closing bank account
- Handle customer's complaint.
Requirements
- Mature, able to work under pressure;
- Excellent communication skills, able to handle clients' complaint;
- Detail oriented, able to manage well daily paper work;
- Relevant banking customer service, customer compliant management, call cente
r experiences preferred.
- At least 1 year retail banking front line working experience
- Good English command
